I ordered from madeinwashington.com, and the items themselves were totally fine once they arrived. The shipping just felt a little slow to me, though maybe I’m being impatient or had unrealistic expectations. It took longer than I thought it would to get a real update, so I kept wondering if I’d missed something.
Nothing was damaged, and the order did show up, so I can’t really call it a bad experience. I just wish the delivery had been a bit quicker or at least clearer along the way. Maybe that’s normal timing, I’m not totally sure, but it felt a little drawn out

I wanted to like it, but the price just felt too high for what I got. Maybe it works for someone else, but for me, I kept feeling like I should’ve gotten more value for the money.

I ordered a gift basket from Made In Washington. I had to return part of it because one item was not what I expected. Customer service did get back to me. It just took a couple days. I also had to follow up once.
The refund showed up about a week later. So it worked out. It was not awful. Just not as smooth as I hoped. I might order again, but I would check the details more closely next time.
